These partners provide work experience placements, mentorship, training opportunities, and support, helping young people build real-world skills and confidence as they move toward employment.

We are always welcoming new partners who want to make a difference in the lives of rangatahi in our community.

Acrow is New Zealand's largest scaffolding, formwork, falsework, and event infrastructure company. Rangatahi on work experience start in their Seaview yard, learning health and safety requirements, as well as the preparation and maintenance of scaffolding and related equipment.

Blue Star is New Zealand’s leading marketing execution partner, helping NZ businesses create meaningful engagements with people through marketing and communications.

With over 185 stores and 20,000 team members nationwide, Countdown’s mission is to make Kiwis' lives a little better every day. Countdown Lower Hutt  partners with Youth Inspire to offer valuable work experience placements for rangatahi.

Domino's is one of the largest pizza chains in New Zealand in both store numbers and network sales. Domino's Lower Hutt supports Youth Inspire by offering opportunities for rangatahi interested in hospitality and customer service.

Eastern Hutt Panel Beaters are experts in panel beating, spray painting, accident repair and insurance work.

Heaney on Jackson specialises in hair styling for weddings, formals, and special events, as well as cutting, colouring, extensions, and hair treatments using Matrix hair care products.

Hutt Valley Gardening Services are local gardening specialists dedicated to providing reliable and high-quality landscaping and garden care.

JSL Renovators Ltd is a  renovations company based in Taita, Lower Hutt. Owners Jenny and Annie are strong supporters of Youth Inspire and provide work experience opportunities in construction, flooring, and painting.

Metal Art is a family-run company that designs and manufactures functional and stylish office and public spaces throughout New Zealand. They have supported Youth Inspire since 2014, offering rangatahi valuable experience in factory work, manufacturing and powder coating.

Muffin Break has been creating memorable cafe moments since 1989. Suzanne and the team provide amazing work experience opportunities for rangatahi interested in hospitality and customer service.

Racetech is a New Zealand manufacturer of advanced motorsport seats and supplier of a range of safety focused race parts for teams and competitors. Racetech provides work experience opportunities within their factory based in Seaview. They then sell a range of different seats for race cars all over the world.

Common Unity Project Aotearoa is a charity that initiates, umbrellas, partners and supports locally owned enterprises. They celebrate the resources in our community and work hard to address challenges that affect us all. Our rangatahi gain experience through the Remakery and Unity Kitchen, where they learn food preparation, cooking, barista skills, and customer service.

Beauty by Sumit has locations in Queensgate Mall and Upper Hutt. They specialise in waxing, lash extensions, nails and hair styling. Rangatahi placed with this team gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry while learning in a supportive salon environment.

Dogs-R-Us specialises in grooming small breed dogs and is Wellington's premium Schnauzer groomer.

Carboglass has manufactured composites for the construction and civil infrastructure industry for over 35 years. What began with rowing skiffs built in a family hallway has grown into a world-class manufacturing operation in Wingate, producing everything from high-performance race car components to large-scale composite structures.

Dress for Success helps women pursue their goals by providing professional  clothing for job interviews and important life moments such as court appearances, house viewings, community re-integration, graduation, and official event outfits. They also provide career development tools and support networks.

Flower Et Cetera offers fresh flowers, indoor plants, and giftware. They pride themselves on supporting local growers and suppliers while delivering high-quality floral arrangements tailored to each customer’s needs.

HomeStaged is a Wellington-based home staging company offering an affordable customised home staging service to anyone selling a property. They pride themselves on their ability to tailor their styling and design services to a customer's specific property requirements without breaking the bank.

JFC is a leading infrastructure and civil construction company with a history dating back to 1968. Their projects include major streetscape, earthworks, and civil construction developments across New Zealand.

The Lower Hutt Events Centre is a purpose-built venue in the heart of the city. Their spaces range from private meeting rooms to large conference, auditorium and banquet spaces. Rangatahi placed here gain experience across hospitality and events, including kitchen, cafe, bar, event operations and administration.

Te Omanga Hospice shops are based in Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Petone, Wainuiomata and online. 

Sales from the shops help fund free palliative care services in our community.

NW Group specialises in technical production, providing professional video and lighting services across Australasia.

Remark-IT Solutions manages the commissioning, secure disposal and remarketing of IT equipment for New Zealand and Australia's largest corporations, leasing companies and government agencies.

Trade School Kitchen is a social enterprise cafe, and a key part of the Trade School Industries Trust. Rangatahi gain hospitality and customer service experience here and can also complete  NZQA accredited barista training.
